By using Pravio - Cleaner App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

Pravio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized activities.

2. Data Collection and Use

When using Pravio, you consent to the collection of technical and usage data, such as:

• Device information: model, operating system version, and unique identifiers.
• Usage data: interactions with the app's cleaning and optimization tools.

This data is anonymized and used solely to enhance app stability, fix issues, and improve your experience.

3. App Functionality

Pravio helps maintain your device's performance by:

• Cleaning junk files, cache, and unnecessary data.
• Removing duplicate photos and videos.
• Optimizing storage and boosting performance.

You are responsible for reviewing files before deletion. Pravio is not liable for any data loss resulting from user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Premium features are available through in-app purchases.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
• Payments are handled securely through Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. Updates

We may periodically release updates to improve performance or introduce new features. Continued use of Pravio after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pravio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for damages resulting from the app's use.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Pravio if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in accordance with local regulations.
